1. مقدمة
توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه القواعد والسياسات المتبعة في منصة وتطبيق Mr Shopping (مستر شوبينج) بشأن جمع البيانات الشخصية واستخدامها ومشاركتها وحمايتها، وذلك بما يتوافق مع المعايير القانونية والتنظيمية ومعايير متاجر التطبيقات الرسمية.
يخدم تطبيق Mr Shopping ثلاث فئات رئيسية من المستخدمين: العملاء، مقدمي الخدمات والمتاجر، ومندوبي وكباتن التوصيل. تنطبق هذه السياسة على أي شخص يستخدم التطبيق أو يصل إلى خدماته.
2. البيانات التي نقوم بجمعها
يتم جمع البيانات الضرورية فقط لتشغيل الخدمة وتوثيق العمليات وتأمين الحسابات، وتنقسم إلى:
بيانات الحساب الأساسية (كافة المستخدمين):
- الاسم الكامل: للتعريف بصاحب الحساب في المعاملات.
- رقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني: لإنشاء الحساب، وإرسال رمز التحقق (OTP)، واستعادة كلمة المرور والتواصل الرسمي.
- الرقم القومي / بطاقة الهوية: للتحقق الأمني ومنع إنشاء حسابات وهمية أو انتحال الشخصية.
- تاريخ الميلاد: للتحقق من الأهلية القانونية لاستخدام المنصة.
- الصورة الشخصية: للتعريف بصاحب الحساب (إلزامية للمتاجر والمندوبين، واختيارية للعملاء).
- كلمة المرور: مشفرة بالكامل عبر خوارزميات التشفير القياسية (Bcrypt).
بيانات خاصة بالعملاء (Clients):
- العناوين والموقع الجغرافي (GPS): تفاصيل العنوان وإحداثيات الموقع لتحديد أقرب المتاجر وحساب تكلفة وتوصيل الطلبات بدقة.
- سجل الطلبات والحجوزات: تفاصيل المنتجات المشتراة، مواعيد حجز الخدمات، والملاحظات الخاصة بالطلب.
- المحادثات والتقييمات: الرسائل المتبادلة مع المتجر أو المندوب عبر المحادثة المباشرة لتنسيق الطلب، والتقييمات المسجلة.
بيانات ومستندات كباتن التوصيل (Couriers):
- مستندات التحقق الرسمية: صورة بطاقة الرقم القومي (وجه وظهر)، صحيفة الحالة الجنائية (فيش وتشبيه)، رخصة القيادة، ورخصة المركبة.
- بيانات المركبة: صورة المركبة ونوعها لتأكيد وسيلة النقل المستخدمة.
- مناطق العمل والموقع المباشر: نطاقات العمل الجغرافية، وتتبع الموقع المباشر أثناء تنفيذ وتوصيل الطلبات النشطة فقط.
بيانات ومستندات أصحاب المتاجر ومقدمي الخدمات (Providers):
- بيانات النشاط: اسم المتجر أو الخدمة، الشعار، صورة الغلاف، التصنيف، وساعات العمل.
- مستندات التوثيق القانوني: السجل التجاري، البطاقة الضريبية، وصحيفة الحالة الجنائية للمسؤول.
- قوائم المنتجات والخدمات: الأسعار، العروض، والمخزون، وتفاصيل المواعيد المتاحة.
3. أذونات وصلاحيات الهاتف (Device Permissions)
يطلب التطبيق أذونات محددة للقيام بمهامه الأساسية:

4. خدمات الأطراف الثالثة ومشاركة البيانات
نحن لا نبيع أو نؤجر البيانات الشخصية لأي جهات إعلانية أو تسويقية. تتم مشاركة البيانات الضرورية فقط لتشغيل الخدمة مع مزودين معتمدين:
- Google Firebase: لإرسال الإشعارات والتنبيهات المباشرة إلى الهواتف عبر معرّف الجهاز (Device Token).
- Pusher: لتقديم خدمة المحادثة الفورية المشفرة وتحديثات حالة الطلبات لحظياً.
- Google Maps: لتحديد العناوين وحساب مسافات التوصيل.
- بوابات الدفع الإلكتروني المعتمدة: لمعالجة المعاملات المالية بالبطاقات والمحافظ وفقاً لمعايير الأمان المالي القياسية (PCI-DSS). لا نحتفظ بأرقام البطاقات الائتمانية الكاملة على خوادمنا.
- أطراف الطلب: يتم إظهار اسم العميل وعنوان التوصيل ورقم هاتفه للمتجر والمندوب المكلف بالطلب فقط لإتمام التوصيل.
5. حماية وأمن البيانات
نلتزم بحماية البيانات من خلال مجموعة من التدابير التقنية والتنظيمية:
- تشفير جميع الاتصالات بين التطبيق والخوادم عبر بروتوكولات HTTPS / SSL المعتمدة.
- تشفير كلمات المرور باستخدام خوارزمية التجزئة غير القابلة للعكس (Bcrypt).
- حفظ مستندات التحقق في مجلدات مشفرة ومحمية، ومقتصرة على موظفي التحقق المعتمدين فقط.
- حماية عمليات تسجيل الدخول بواسطة رموز وصول مؤقتة ومشفرة (API Sanctum Tokens).
6. سياسة وإجراءات حذف الحساب والبيانات (Account & Data Deletion)
وفقاً لسياسات Google Play و Apple App Store، نضمن للمستخدم الحق الكامل في طلب حذف حسابه وكافة بياناته الشخصية في أي وقت.
آلية تقديم طلب حذف الحساب:
- من داخل التطبيق: الدخول إلى الملف الشخصي (Profile) ⬅️ الإعدادات (Settings) ⬅️ اختيار «طلب حذف الحساب» وتأكيد الطلب.
- أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني: إرسال رسالة من بريدك المسجل في التطبيق إلى بريد الدعم:
support@mr-shopping.store
تحت عنوان «طلب حذف حساب Mr Shopping» مع ذكر رقم هاتفك المسجل.
نتيجة الحذف: يتم إلغاء تنشيط الحساب فوراً، وحذف الاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد والصورة والعناوين المسجلة بشكل نهائي خلال 30 يوماً. يتم الاحتفاظ فقط بسجلات الفواتير والعمليات المالية السابقة لأغراض الضرائب والامتثال القانوني ومكافحة الاحتيال وفقاً للقوانين السارية.
7. حقوقك القانونية
- حق الاطلاع والوصول: مراجعة بياناتك الشخصية وسجل طلباتك عبر التطبيق.
- حق التعديل والتصحيح: تحديث بياناتك (الاسم، البريد، العنوان، الصورة) مباشرة من شاشة الملف الشخصي.
- التحكم في الأذونات: إيقاف أذونات الموقع أو الإشعارات في أي وقت من إعدادات هاتفك.
8. بيانات التواصل والدعم الفني
لأي استفسارات أو طلبات تتعلق بالخصوصية أو حذف الحساب:

This Privacy Policy explains how Mr Shopping collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data across its mobile application and related services, in full compliance with applicable laws, industry standards, and official app store regulations.
The platform serves three main user categories: Clients (shoppers), Providers (stores and service professionals), and Delivery Couriers. This policy applies to all users interacting with the platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the data necessary to deliver our marketplace, reservation, and delivery services reliably and securely:
Common Account Data (All Users):
- Full Name: To identify the account holder in transactions.
- Phone Number & Email: For registration, verification codes (OTP), official communication, and password recovery.
- National / Personal ID: For identity verification, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention.
- Date of Birth: To verify legal age requirements.
- Profile Photo: For user identification (mandatory for couriers and providers; optional for clients).
- Password: Securely stored using irreversible cryptographic hashing algorithms (Bcrypt).
Clients (Shoppers):
- Addresses & GPS Coordinates: Street details and precise geolocation to suggest nearby stores, calculate shipping fees, and dispatch orders.
- Orders & Reservations: Cart contents, placed orders, service bookings, and fulfillment instructions.
- Messages & Reviews: Communications exchanged with stores or couriers to coordinate fulfillment, and user ratings.
Delivery Couriers:
- Verification Documents: National ID (front & back), criminal record clearance (police certificate), driving license, and vehicle registration license.
- Vehicle Information: Vehicle photo, license plate details, and vehicle category.
- Work Zones & Live Location: Assigned operating zones, and real-time location tracked solely during active delivery assignments.
Store & Service Providers:
- Business Profile: Store name, logo, cover image, category, and operating hours.
- Legal Documentation: Commercial registration, tax card, and police clearance certificate of the business manager.
- Catalog & Offerings: Product lists, service schedules, pricing, and active promotions.
3. Mobile Device Permissions
The application requires specific permissions to perform its core operations:

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with advertisers. Necessary information is shared only with trusted service providers to operate the application:
- Google Firebase: Dispatches real-time push notifications via device tokens.
- Pusher: Delivers secure in-app messaging and real-time order status updates.
- Google Maps Platform: Resolves addresses and calculates route distances.
- Certified Payment Gateways: Electronic card and wallet payments are processed under global banking security standards (PCI-DSS). Full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
- Order Participants: The client's name, phone number, and delivery address are shared only with the assigned store and courier to fulfill the order.
5. Data Security
We maintain comprehensive technical and administrative safeguards:
- All data transmitted between mobile devices and servers is encrypted via HTTPS / SSL protocols.
- Passwords are encrypted using high-cost Bcrypt hashing and cannot be retrieved in plain text.
- Official verification documents are stored in restricted access directories accessible only by authorized verification staff.
- Active user sessions are guarded by encrypted API Bearer tokens (Laravel Sanctum).
6. Account & Data Deletion Policy
In full compliance with Google Play and Apple App Store developer policies, users have the right to request the permanent deletion of their account and personal data at any time.
How to request account deletion:
- In the App: Go to Profile ⬅️ Settings ⬅️ Tap "Request Account Deletion" and confirm your request.
- Via Email: Send an email from your registered email address to:

with the subject "Mr Shopping Account Deletion Request", including your registered phone number.
Deletion Process: Your account is immediately deactivated, and your personal data (name, email, phone number, photo, and addresses) will be permanently purged within 30 days. Historical billing records are retained solely for statutory tax and legal auditing obligations in anonymized form.
7. Your Rights
- Access: Review your account data and order history directly in the app.
- Correction: Update personal details (name, email, address, photo) anytime from your profile screen.
- Permission Controls: Disable location access or push notifications through your mobile operating system settings.
